Searching for a Servant’s Heart

Hey guys!  It’s been a busy few weeks. A crazy, but very good month. I received a very good report from Emory.  All  of my liver counts are normal!  Whoo Hoo! I spent some family time in Indiana. I’m back in Georgia and what a blessed month it’s been!

I’ve been thinking a lot about a close friend’s words. She is always challenging me to grow, and encouraging me to be a better person. She shared with me, how having a servant’s heart, can make such a difference in our own and others lives. Our words & actions are so powerful. They can make such an impact on those listening and watching.

I’ve been thinking a lot about her words and how applying them to my life, is so important.  My hope is that I am always reminded of that.  I want do my best, to be uplifting and to be that servant. I want to do my best to always let my light shine, to be that vessel.

We don’t know what others might be going through. Each one of us have our trials. Even though my life has had numerous storms, I try to remind myself of all of the blessings I have been given.  It has been said that stars cannot shine, without darkness. Therefore, we cannot realize the worth of our bounties, without our trials. Where will we shine our light next?  Let’s make a difference! When and who will our servant’s heart be given to today?  We can’t give up!   We can be that glimpse of hope that someone needs.

I am so thankful & humbled by all of your support and faithfulness in my life. Each of you play an important role in me being able to press on! Thank you so much for being here!

With Love – Living by Grace
